PEDAGOGICAL CONTENTS

1. Teaching Methods

Based on the teacher that I have observed, they use student-centered learning methods, provide more training to students and train student's confidence through the learning process. All depends on the topic will be taught, sometimes the teachers uses group or discussion method.

2. Learning Materials and Innovation

Generally, the teachers uses powerpoint presentations as the learning materials. But in this school, the teachers gives more assessment for the students through games. It will makes the students more atractive to the lessons. My opinion with this is it is easier for students to remember lessons because they do activities they like, especilally for Math Subject.

The teacher always asks one of the students to advance the given class assignment. It will makes the students focus to the teacher.

3. Source Learning and Technology

Although schools facilitate internet networks, teachers and students should bring the textbooks to support the learning process. This will be very helpful if there are problems with the computer or internet network. Every classroom in this school has a projector and a LCD TV for teachers to deliver the learnings materials.

4. Authentic Assessment

To improve and test students' understanding of what has just been learned, at the end of the lesson the teachers will give a quiz. And also at mid and end of the semester there are an examination following consolidation document from The Ministry of Education and Training.
